Ex-pastor pleads guilty to sex charges. Admits trying to entice boy to make video of Sex & Bondage

The former pastor of a High Point church pleaded guilty yesterday to charges that he tried to get a teenage boy in his congregation to make a video of bondage and sex acts.

Todd Turner Brock, 42, admitted sending Internet-chat messages to the 17-year-old, who lives in Kernersville, about a video in which Brock would pretend to use chloroform to knock the boy out, then tie him up, paint his nails and put Goth-style makeup on him.

The case began in March, after the boy sought Brock’s help about questioning his faith after a friend died of cancer, according to a search warrant in the case. Brock began asking the teenager about his sexuality, then about making the movie, Kayser said.

The 17-year-old and his mother left the church, in part because of hostility from some of its members in the wake of the charges, the mother said. She said that she now has trouble trusting preachers.

facing the wrath of God when he's alienated believers to the point to where they don't want to have anything to do with churches any more? The sexual violations are horrible, and then trust of the victims is ruined.

10. Do you guys think the congregation's treatment of the Mom and son

is just as bad as what the pastor did? I can't believe they rallied around this perv after a child came to him for help after a friend died from cancer and this was his idea of help!! What in the world is wrong with people? I hope the Mom and her son have family and friends who are supporting them so they know there are people who realize they are the victims and not this pastor. How many other kids has he tried to (or succeeded in) messing with and they are the children of the group that's lifting him up? Wake up people!!
