I recall 2001 when Bu$h** went out on his remote red state kool-aid taxcut magical mystery PR tour ... I, for one, at that time, attempted to communicate via PC w/Democrats in places like Fargo, trying to muster interest in protesting the visits ... I think a handful were on hand in Fargo that year ... the media really ignored those protestors ...

... guess we'll be hearing the term '1st Amendment Zone' again ...

IIRC attendees of the Fargo Bu$hFest 2001 rally were bused from as far as Montana to fill up the arena

We were loud and proud...There was media all over us. People just don't protest here. They weren't expecting the number of us that turned out.

Wasn't on the list, but had my face plastered all over local TV. the repig boss saw me and I got fired friday morning...

Probably the best thing that ever happened to me.

North Dakota's an employment-at-will state, and political affiliation isn't a protected class in any of the anti-discrimination laws.

I'm scared for my unemployment right now. I'm sitting on 10 different things right now I want to do to get the word out, because I'm not sure how MN deals with UI cases. If I piss this guy off any further I may lose my case. But rest assured the MOMENT i have my UI approval the sparks will fly. He pissed off the WRONG liberal!

Sometimes I just sit and shake my head and think how scared I am for all of us... and how the FUCK did we get into this mess and the FUCK are we gonna get out of it, ya know?
