A 28-year-old woman who until recently was a truancy officer for Moorhead schools is charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old boy she met while working at a youth treatment center.
Kimberly Michelle Nack is also charged in Cass County District Court with one count of harboring a runaway minor.

Investigators looking for a runaway 16-year-old boy received a tip the youth could be found at Nack’s apartment.
Officers checked and found the boy in Nack’s apartment Dec. 23.
The boy told authorities Nack was his friend and she had allowed him to stay there while she was away for the weekend.
Investigators confiscated the boy’s cell phone and found text messages exchanged between the two, including one Nack sent the boy stating: “I wuv u 2.”
Nack told authorities she met the boy while working at Luther Hall, a Fargo treatment center for youths.
After the boy left the facility, he continued to contact her and the two spent time together, Nack said.
She said the relationship began around Thanksgiving and eventually progressed to where, about two weeks ago, the two kissed and she allowed the youth to touch her breasts.
Nack told an investigator that when she was with the boy she felt 16 again.
A court spokeswoman said a warrant for Nack’s arrest was being prepared.

Since September, Nack had also worked as a truancy officer for the Moorhead School District as an employee of The Village in Fargo.
Officials at The Village learned of the investigation earlier this week, and Nack was placed on a leave of absence, according to Gary Wolsky, president and CEO.
