I finally got response about the new voter ID requirement, after I emailed my House Rep Lorraine Fende D-62. Here it is in its entirety. Be sure to copy-paste to a text editor and hand out while you're registering new voters!

NOTICE TO ALL VOTERS As a means of ensuring that my residents are prepared for Election Day, I have included a notification below from the Lake County Board of Elections outlining what you will need to take to the polls on November 7th. Please share this information with your friends, family and neighbors in an effort to spread the word.
Voters must bring identification to the polls in order to verify identity. Identification must show the voter’s name and current address. Valid forms of ID may include:
- Current and valid photo I.D.
- Military I.D.
- Copy of a current utility bill
- Bank statement
- Government document (i.e. government check or paycheck)
Note: voter registration notification does qualify as valid I.D. Voters who do not provide one of the above documents will still be able to vote by providing the last four digits of the voter’s social security number and casting a provisional ballot. Voters who do not have any of the above forms of identification, including a social security number, will still be able to vote by signing an affirmation swearing to the voter’s identity under penalty of election falsification and by casting a provisional ballot.
Anyone wishing to cast a voter in an election may now do so by absentee ballot. You do not need a reason for voting absentee. “No fault absentee” commences thirty-five days before each election. You may request a ballot be mailed or you may visit the Board of Elections at 105 Main Street, Painesville, Ohio 44077. For additional voter information, please contact the Lake County Board of Elections at 440-350-2700.

Make sure you replace the BoE info with your county's info or the county info for the county you're cavassing in!
I highly recommend casting your absentee ballot at your BoE IN PERSON. Although this will NOT ensure it will be counted correctly by the Central Tabulators (or counted at all!) at least there will be a paper record of your vote, in case of the need for a recount.
