I have finally started getting around to registering to vote in Ohio (having recently moved back from Texas). What have I learned: A.) My county board of elections does not, at this late hour, have the proper registration forms. So much for last minute registration drives. B.) Blackwell's office phone lines have been cut during construction work making his office unavailable. C.) My county, Williams, will be using the Hart Intercivic electronic voting machines.
