During the 2004 Kerry-Edwards campaign, every time Sen./Col. Glenn arrived on the platform, he received more applause than the candidates.

3. I remember Glenn speaking at Kerry's big election-eve rally in Cleveland

On what we thought would be a very historic night. Glenn was easily the best speaker of that night, even more so than John Kerry himself.

That night was indeed historic, but ultimately for the despicable outcome of the day that followed. Once again, however, Ohio has the fortunate chance to vote for change.

John Glenn should remind every Ohioan of what we are capable of achieving at our very best.
