What's Ohio 15th like?
I just finished doing my calls for Moveon.org Call for Change. The last district they had me call was Ohio 15. I got more repukes and anti-choice types than anywhere else. Just wondering. However I also did Ohio 2nd District (Mean Jean's district) and had some of the best, most positive contacts. Those folks were highly motivated and ready and raring to go. Could just be luck of the draw.

2. symbolically a key district in Ohio
previously a safe republican district, now in the TOSS up column.

Represented by Deborah Pryce, the #4 republican in the US house of reps.

3. I live in the 15th.
I'm in the very eastern part of the district, and it's solid Kilroy yard signs. Very few for Pryce at all.

5. Very glad to hear that!
I'm sure it was just luck of the draw. Also Moveon doesn't vouch for the quality of all the lists they have been provided.

I'm glad to hear that the prospects for Democrats in the 15th are looking good! :applause:

4. That's really encouraging about your OH-2 calls.
I'd love to hear more about your experience... I really believe we're within striking distance and Wulsin will win on the ground.

6. Likely Kilroy Win
Pryce is fighting hard, but the polling #'s I've seen don't look good for the GOP. Kilroy is a great candidate and she has run a tough, steady race.

Deborah's stomp off the CNN set when asked about her responsibility for the Iraq War spoke volumes and no doubt hurt her when she could afford it least.

My prediction: Kilroy by 8.

It's a blue wave in Ohio this year.

7. I hope you're right
I live in a "redder" part (Grove City--we even got Cheney here in 2004) and the signs are 50/50. But Pryce hasn't come across well.

8. Now that it looks like I was dead wrong, with Pryce ahead
...I wonder why Fox News called this one for Kilroy by 5 (51-46) early in the evening?

That's a huge exit poll discrepancy, yes?

10. I think there is a "stealth" policy in play
Those "micro-targeted" voters...I think they are told to keep their voting to themselves, aka lie, if asked. I don't have anything more than a hunch to go on, but something about the way Pryce's spokeperson on WOSU-AM talked last night gave me the oddest feeling....
