After talking with folks at the Center for Election Integrity they say there are several locations missing poll workers. Many polling locations still using paper ballots and more are being printed so they do not run out, so voters be prepared to use optical scan ballots. 11 a.m.
At least one location had problems with the voter access cards, which basically activate the machine. Poll workers immediately brought out paper ballots.

Seems the worst so far has been Boulevard School in Shaker Heights, where the machines were not working and the election day technicians did not show.
Instead of staying, voters left and within 20 minutes after polls opened. Paper ballots were being used.
But all in all, the BOE officials say the problems are minor and to some extent expected, considering there are 573 polling locations.10:22 a.m.
Some polling locations have long lines because not all machines are up and running and people are taking longer because it is a long ballot.10:18 a.m.
