A good first step would be to constitutionally fund public schools in Ohio.

but its the Ohio Senate and House's job to fund those schools. I Wish, man I wish we could get rid of Lyin Steve LaTourette, but I guess he will have to get indicted first.

2. What I heard from Strickland in the "education" debate was good

He is not an advocate of charter schools. There is a half a billion dollars going to waste in Ohio (at least a few hundred million).
