I was my pleasure to be part of it all
What a glorious morning here in Dover. My friend and neighbor Zack Space is going to Washington. It's been a long nine months of intense work with one of the best teams that anyone could have put together. Everything went right to move an "impossible to win" district into a "landslide win" column. We did it with grassroots support and a candidate with impeccible background. I have seen what a great team can do.

Things did not go smoothly here yesterday. We had many long lines. One place had a two hour wait to vote. We had an enormous voter turnout wiich surprised even Zack's dad who is a member of the BOE in Tusc. Co. http://www.timesreporter.com/index.php?ID=60655&r=3

We celebrated with packed house at our party last night. Now it's time to go clean up the hall and take a long afternoon break. Hope your Wednesday is as bright as mine. cmd

1. Congratulations cmd!
Hooray for Ohio and all the hardworkers that made it happen. I am stuck in the mire of the reddest part of California and this morning sucks down here :-(.

3. You're welcome, Mongo
We beat Bankrupt Joy in her own county. I just can't say that enough times. It makes me smile and brings tears to my eyes. It was sooooooo good.

6. Congratulations cmd!!!
I'm also feeling very satisfied for my involvement. A fellow Central Committee member and volunteer asked me today, if our efforts really mattered. He said, we really didn't do that much better than the other counties in Ohio.

I told him the reason we did so well all over Ohio is because there were many dedicated volunteers that have worked for this. It is a credit to the grassroots, to our great candidates (with a little push from the anti-GOP atmosphere)
