Mother Accused Of Killing Daughter in Microwave Remains Jailed
This case is getting intersting. It is a great, " Who done it" with tear wretching saddness for the murdered 3-week old infant. I'd like to know who made the 911 call and when...and what was the time of death?

Here is a young lady, now 26 years old, unwed and living in low-income housing with her 4th child......I have concerns; I have questions.....Could one of her other kids have placed the infant in the microwave? She said she does not want a trial but is also innocent....Is there someone she is covering up for?

Her attorney was on Nancy Grace's Show last night. She had the tough questions and he was weak. He's a really nice, brilliant man but Nancy took him to task.

DAYTON, Ohio -- The mother accused of killing her baby in a microwave oven remains in jail on a $1 million bond.

NewsCenter 7 has obtained public records that indicate the strength of the state’s case against the woman who entered a not-guilty plea in court on Tuesday. China Arnold, 26, stood in court Tuesday and was shocked as she learned that she was charged with aggravated murder for allegedly killing her 3-week-old daughter, Paris Talley, in a microwave oven last year.

So what new evidence prompted police and prosecutors to arrest Arnold and file murder charges 15 months after letting her go?....NewsCenter 7 obtained copies of a statement of facts used to get the arrest warrant. On it, there are two pieces of evidence that could be the smoking gun in the prosecution’s case.

NewsCenter 7’s Caryn Golden said that that statement of facts, which was filed in court says that there is DNA evidence that connects Arnold to the child's death. It also states that Arnold admitted to the crime to a homicide detective working the case.

1. Nancy Grace is a thoroughly unpleasant person.
I never watch her. As far as the case is concerned, it will make its way through the courts.

2. Anything is possible
I have seen so many overwhelmed single parents. What a tragic case.
