October 2nd is the UC/UAB football game at Nippert Stadium. It will be the first home football game after students have returned to campus and the last weekend for voter registration in time for the November 2nd Election.
Would anybody be interested in conducting a voter registration campaign outside the gates of the stadium? We could contact local campaigns (I've already talked to Greg Harris about this) and the UC Democrats. Have plenty of "Bush '04/Draft '05" signs and flyers.
We'd probably have to confirm with somebody in security at UC that we'd be allowed to do this (maybe not a problem if the UC Dems "host" the event). Any UC Dems or UC Students out there?

1. It's also the night of the "Vote For Change" concert up in Dayton. |

That's where I'll be; otherwise, I'd have loved to pitch in, ritc!!

3. You might want to check with Vote Mob at the corner of |

Victory Parkway & E. McMillian, Rm. 108. It is the building with all the Union stuff in the window. ACT can proably give you their number 281-1500. Ask for Curtis.
