"We probably have a 100 percent loss on nectarines, peaches, plums and pears, and between 70 and 100 percent loss on apples," Hirsch said.
Fruit farmers throughout Ohio shared their concerns with Rep. Zack Space, D-Dover, during a conference call Friday morning.
"I've heard concerns from many farmers, primarily fruit farmers who have suffered what can be classified as a catastrophic seasonal loss," Space said.
