In light of Strickland's push for Keno, here's another try at an end run around an issue that I thought had been decided by a majority of Ohioans in the last general election.

Disclaimer: This is just FYI. Not intended to start any flamewars. The Clinton County casino has been quietly discussed around this part of the state for awhile, but I don't recall seeing any mention of it here.

Like Ohio, Kentucky's governor sees it as a great revenue-producer for -- you guessed it -- education and health care. Sort of like the individual gambler who sees going to the boat as the quick, easy way to get cash to pay those pressing bills.

This should be interesting, to say the least. What'll we do when there is a glut of gambling venues throughout the tri-state?
