Didn't know what it was and thought someone was trying to break into the house (a Repub, no doubt).

Scary, that helpless feeling.

4. I guess there was a pretty strong aftershock around 10:45.

5. There is a fault in the bedrock near Perry* that causes observable earthquakes
They happen every year. The bigger earthquakes are more numerous.

*As in Perry Township, or the Perry Nuclear Generating plant.

7. I felt nothing in northeast Ohio
and had not head of a fault in the bedrock near Perry. If the earthquakes there are so observable, how come I haven't felt any?
