Cincinnati Blue Ash Election Night Bar: Cactus Pear

Hey anyone in the Cincinnati/Blue Ash area feel like getting a drink on Election night, then please consider coming to the Cactus Pear. The owner, an Indian guy who goes by the name "Swamy" is a big Democratic Party supporter, and we'll have at least 1 of the flat screen TV's set to MSNBC. Usually the place closes around 10-ish, But he sometimes stays open later, and hopefully we'll have good news from VA, NC, FL and OH fairly early.

And be sure to try the half-n-half margaritas. They're very yummy, if a bit strong....

I remember a swamy owning an Indian restarant near UC about 20 years ago, he had a picture of himself with Dolly Parton on the wall.

Is it the same guy ?

That's him. He and his wife own two Cactus Pears. One is in Clifton and one is in Blue Ash. He used to run an Indian place in Clifton.
