I will be hosting a meeting supporting the core principals of the Obama health care plan on Saturday, June 6 at 10 am. The meeting will be at the Dem HQ, 1260 Monroe St. NW. It is located at the Monroe Center and has an outside entrance. Look for the - oh, how I hate to say this - the green awning that says Democrat Headquarters.
The three core principles are: to reduce rising health care costs, to guarantee choice in keeping or finding a new doctor or insurance, to ensure health care for all.
I will personally be pushing for single payer, but that is not looking good unless we band together and demand it.
