Health Care Event in Akron on Friday Night

Organizing for America is hosting a "Health Care Phone Booth" from 6 to 8 p.m. in downtown Akron at Lock 3.

The goal is to talk with pedestrians and encourage them to call Senator Brown and Senator Voinovich to support health care reform. Participants will also be gathering signatures on a petition that will be delivered to Representative Betty Sutton's office on Wednesday and distributing handouts that dispel the myths and lies being spread.
