A tribute to Ohio strawberries

When I was a kid strawberries became ripe at the beginning of June. You never saw strawberries in the store except during strawberry season. I developed my love for Ohio berries at that time. They are not the biggest or most flavorful berries I have ever tasted, but when they come warm right off the vine, they can't be beat. Back to my bowl of berries - no sugar or whipped cream needed. :hi:
