Fingerhut backs another "Third Century" bond effort

He and Cuyahoga Gop-rep Jim Trakas were on a public tv segment talking about plans to put it on the November ballot. They noted how Michigan floated $2Billion in bonds and established the largest new medical research endeavors in the country. Ohio's $500 Million may be too little at this stage of the game.

Fingerhut is advocating that the legislature begin a $2.5 Billion fund from other resources (taxing alcohol & tobacco). This will fund projects broader than the last third century agenda.
