In Congressional District Two, the vacant House seat is being decided on Aug 2 in a special election. This is the first contest since 11/2/04 for a Congessional seat anywhere and is very important to make a strong showing and WIN!! :bounce:

This district spans seven counties along the Ohio River: all of Clermont, Brown, Adams, Pike, and parts of Hamilton, Warren and Scioto. Basically from Portsmouth to Cincinnati. Repub margin is typically 70-30 at best :-(. But a great turnout could change that! Please help...see below.

Rob Portman recently left the H.R. seat after 12 years to become *'s Trade Rep. The seat is being contested by Dem. Paul Hackett and Repub. Jean Schmidt.
