I've seen in Nebraska where the dem is winning and then the mountain time zone ballots start coming in and things shift dramatically.

All of OH-02 is on Eastern Daylight Savings time.

15. Time zone

There's no time zone issue here, but I would expect a difference between results from urban Hamilton county versus the suburban and rural counties. We will have to pay attention where the early results are coming from.

14. Polls...

The polls close at 7:30, but it will be an hour or two before results come in. The punch cards have to be transported and counted. On primary night, I believe it took a couple of hours for meaningful results.
