Saturday August 21 - Multnomah Days Parade
We have a Vets for Kerry entry in the Multnomah Days Parade that starts at 10:00 am (arrive by 9:45). Every Kerry vet is invited to join the parade.
We also have a table that we will staff from 9-5 pm. Please contact Tim Andersen (503-245-7904, [e-mail]) to volunteer for an hour shift to greet voters, hand out literature, and sign up more vets.

Southern Oregon veterans are rallying behind John Kerry. A group of veterans met on August 18 and began mobilizing the local effort. Several activities are already underway. To be effective we need all of you veterans to step forward and join us now. We are going to have a very prominent patriotic veteran join us for a rally in October. We are promising him that he will be welcomed by an army of supportive veterans.
