anyone have a line on a 2 BR rental?

Preferably in SE. I'm getting discouraged by the tone of the ads on craigslist. Everyone sounds so cranky and mean!

1. Not sure if it's 2BR, but there's a house on SE 45th for rent.

It's north of Johnson Creek on the west side of the street, before you get to the top of the hill. I passed it a few days ago on my morning walk. I can zip down there later today to see if it's still available and get details, if you want.

3. Lotta rentals in Richmond!

Drive around my 'hood (East of 39th to 50th, north of Powell Blvd) and you'll see many many rental signs. A lot of these are singly owned (as opposed to property management companies) so you may get lucky and avoid rental application rigamarole.
