Question about being notified of visits.
I have a reason for asking this. A few times here people have not been told when Dean was coming to an area of Florida. I have established only two where they should have been notified, as the others were large donor fundraisers where emails went out to individuals. I notice this announcement is at the DFA site for Pittsburgh for a Democratic rally with Dean for $25. But I don't see anything at the PA Democratic website. It is an event for the DNC. It links to the DNC site to contribute the 25.

I have having some discussion with a couple of Dem leaders in FL, and I wondered if each county sent stuff out or what?

1. This is the first I've heard of it.
I went to the last one, it was a really great time.

2. Thanks for the response.
There have been quite a few here who did not hear of events. Then there will be something in a blog talking about low attendance. It is sort of weird. Trying to figure it out. I don't know if the DNC itself sends emails, I know they did once here. But I think they send them to the state party...not sure.

I just checked the email account I use for spam, and I got an email for it on July 18th.

EDIT: Also, June 26th.

4. From the state or national party?
Not being nosy, just trying to figure something out.

7. Thanks for sharing that.
Our friends who are state committee did not hear news like that for a long time. Since the paid political directors came, they really have been reaching out, getting the announcements out, etc.
