"Four days after Barack Obama did it, Hillary Rodham Clinton has gone on the air in Pennsylvania.
Clinton’s campaign announced yesterday that it had begun running a television commercial called “Level” across the state.
Sources familiar with the extent of Clinton’s advertising said her buy for the coming week was less than half the size of Obama’s and was focused primarily in the Philadelphia market. Her statewide ad buy appeared to be in the range of $600,000, his about $1.6 million."

The latest Cook Political Report ratings of competitive House seats is bound to give the two Republicans reason to breath a little easier. The 6th Congressional District represented by Jim Gerlach has shifted from "Lean R" to "Likely R," according to the new ratings released today. Charlie Dent's 15th Congressional District meanwhile moved from "Likely R" to "Solid R."
The 7th and 8th CDs held respectfully by Democrats Joe Sestak and Patrick Murphy continue in the "Likely Democratic" column. Fellow Democratic freshman Chris Carney in the 10th CD and Jason Altmire in the 4th CD are still "Lean Democratic."
Rep. Phil English in the 3rd CD also remains "Likely Republican" along with Tim Murphy in the 18th CD."
