I'm spending the weekend in Philly. A rarity for me. Hotel is in the historic district. Two kids ( 12 and 9) in tow and two adults.
So ... what are some cool things to do?

1. You may want to try cross posting in the lounge |
|
There are a few regulars there who live out that way.
Sorry, I can't help. I'm in Pittsburgh. :hi:

1) Go to a pro-sports game. Do NOT where opposing team's gear or root for them, seriously. 2) Cheesesteaks: Jim's on South or Tony Luke's is the place to go. Pat's and Geno's both suck ass. While at Tony Luke's get a roast pork with extra sharp provolone. You will want to send me money for this later. 3) Like beer? Good microbreweries and belgian beer bars in town. Also some great Irish pubs. 4) Art Museum. 5) Franklin Institute is a MUST. Museum of Natural History also, esp for kids. Right across the street from FI.
