On loan from the recipient. It looks about what you would expect. Distortions and out of context assertions.

These are the two cards to tear out and send back.

It was sent to a local address.

One card has a return address that is different from the one on the front and in the next county. The other has no return address.

I smell a rat. Hopefully someone can shed light on this.

2. See also on GD the people in purple states that are getting these...
This is a clear case of caging.

It's an all-out lie fest, voter caging and the latest- using advertising dollars in US newspapers to promote a religious war.

You're right- they're cartoon characters, but it's anything but funny. These people are desperate and FAR worse than the Bush ticket was in 2000.

3. Montgomery Cty Dem - Robocall said I would get Absentee Ballot Request
Norristown/Mont Clare area. Says mailing was not authorized by any candidate and gave http://pagop.org/ for address, no phone number. Says to watch my mail for an absentee ballot request.

Something fishy going on:

(1) Is this vote-caging? I.e., if the card is "Returned to Sender" or "Undeliverable", will the voter then be challenged on election day? But there's no "Return to Sender" on the Florida example.

(2) Are the addresses right at the Supervisor of Elections? If they're wrong, the voter never gets the ballot.

(3) The deadline for getting absentee ballots is Oct. 28. (http://www.dos.state.pa.us/elections/cwp/view.asp?a=1307&q=446953&electionsNav=) If the mailing is timed so that the return cards miss that deadline, the voter never gets his ballot.

(4) Could I have accidentally gotten onto a list of Republican voters?

The partisan message is obvious. I will, as the Republicans say, watch in my mail for their "helpful" mailing.
