Allegheny County (8:50 pm):
OBAMA, BARACK (DEM)19,863 62.7%

MCCAIN, JOHN (REP)11,463 36.2%

NADER, RALPH (IND)484 0.7%


For Philadelphia county (8:50 pm)
OBAMA, BARACK (DEM)92 48.9%

MCCAIN, JOHN (REP) 3 1.6%

NADER, RALPH (IND)93 49.5%

And Bradford County (the rest of the Northern Tier counties had no votes counted for anyone:

OBAMA, BARACK (DEM) 2,204 35.3%

MCCAIN, JOHN (REP)4,032 64.6%

NADER, RALPH (IND)7 0.1%

Notice Nader is BEATING Obama in Philadelphia County (by 1 vote or 1.6% of vote cast, will not last long, but funny while it lasts).

9:00 pm update, Obama has pulled ahead of Nadar in Philadelphia County, it was a short lead by Nadar.
