Anyone else receiving Use Tax letters from Pa Dept of Revenue ?

I'm guessing it is aimed at companies that buy a great deal of stuff over the internet and haven't been charged sales tax. They are supposed to report it and then pay a use tax on purchases.

That what I alway thought, but my wife and I are just ordinary tax payers who file jointly.

4. Creepy

What's a bit creepy is that you can tell by screen name that I have a position on fair taxation.
But how could the state find my real identity and single myself and my wife out ?
Have we become that Orwellian ?
