PA Democratic Party Petition to Stop Tom Corbett's Lawsuit Against the New Healthcare Law.

PA Attorney General and Governor wannabe Tom Corbett is filing suit against the new Healthcare Law along with a number of Republican Attorneys General from ultraconservative states. His participation puts Pennsylvania in the company of Alabama, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and others similar.

Regardless of your opinion of the healthcare bill, this suit is likely to be nothing more than political grandstanding and a futile waste of our scarce taxpayer dollars. It is also perhaps a preview of what a Tom Corbett administration will be like should he become the next governor.
