10. Specter was born in Kansas. Between that, switiching parties whenever the wind blows and
the 'Magic Bullet' theory, I'll go for the Admiral from Delco.

11. Im with you.
That one bullet theory alone is enough for me to never cast a vote for him.

He voted for McCain in 2008. Should we trust a man who was just fine with Sarah Palin being a heart beat a way from Presidency?

12. Specter family moved to PA. And, he worked himself up the hard way.
Sestak's family is from the Main line and his father was a career officer. So I ask you just how tough do you thing Sestak had it growing up. How much do you think he knows about the struggles of middle Class voters?

16. Pretty far from the Main Line, the misinformation alone and talking points from
this poster is reason enough not to vote for Arlen.

18. You must not be from Pennsylvania.
I know that's one of your favorite put-downs to anyone supporting Sestak. However, you have claimed to have all kinds of inside info on Philadelphia politics, even admitting to two parents who were Republicans (the apple never falls far from the tree, does it?).
Here's the definition of Main Line, and clearly, Sestak's hometown of Springfield is NOT included.
The Main Line proper is a line of communities extending northwest from the City of Philadelphia. From Philadelphia, the stations on what is now referred to as the R5 train line are: Overbrook,<4> Merion, Narberth, Wynnewood, Ardmore, Haverford and Bryn Mawr, which inspired the mnemonic "Old Maids Never Wed And Have Babies". The contemporary definition of the Main Line now encompasses many communities past Bryn Mawr. They are sometimes referred to as the upper Main Line and include Rosemont, Villanova, Radnor, St. Davids, Wayne, Strafford, Devon, Berwyn, Daylesford, Paoli, and Malvern. In recent years, the R5 train service has extended even further west than Malvern.

Some communities, most notably Gladwyne, Bala Cynwyd, and Penn Valley, are included in what is commonly accepted as the Main Line, as they are typical Main Line communities. Neither, however, are located on the rail line for which the area is named and therefore may be considered culturally rather than geographically on the Main Line.

The Main Line by community:

Ardmore
Bala Cynwyd
Bryn Mawr
Berwyn
Daylesford
Devon
Gladwyne
Haverford
Malvern
Merion
Narberth
Paoli
Penn Valley
Radnor
Rosemont
St. Davids
Strafford
Villanova
Wayne
Wynnewood

The Main Line by municipality:<5>

Lower Merion Township
Narberth Borough
Haverford Township
Radnor Township
Tredyffrin Township
Easttown Township
East Whiteland Township
Malvern Borough
Willistown Township

In the words of Arlen's BFF, W, time to edumacate yourself.

2. Oh, and I love this one, Sestak just now on The Ed Show claims he is the winner already.
Boy, I would like to slap a cold wet fish in his face. I know it is close, but there is going to be a massive turnout for Specter on Tuesday.

5. it's politics - depress turnout for the other side, boost motivation in the grassroots
don't worry Sestak does know the reality, that this is not done yet.

4. You do realize that Sestak is a Southeast PA hometown boy, right?
Went to high school with a lot of folks around here ... was the paper boy for a lot of the older folks... went off to the Naval Academy (just like his Dad), went on to serve 30 years in the Navy and earned a very high rank; on retirement returned home and, as a Democrat in a heavily republican district, handily dispatched a corrupt 10-term republican representative.

These are all public facts and very easy to find.

8. He's a hometown boy-so what. It makes it sound like he should be doing the news.
And, Arlen Specter is the child of Russian imigants and he was born in Kansas. He helped his father make a living selling fruit door to door and put himself through school. He served in the Army and was a great DA for Philadelphia. I wonder who had to struggle and work harder growing up.

9. But... but ... Sestak spent all that time away on ships instead of living in PA.
Sestak spent all that time on aircraft carriers instead of living in Springfield Twp. Then he wasted all that time serving in the Clinton White House when he could have been living in Springfield Twp.

Then he missed votes in the US house while his father was in the hospital for 4 months before he died.

And Sestak's wife has a Virginia for Lovers bumper sticker. And some of his campaign workers make less than $100,000 a year.... and he's too energetic.... and... and...
