Congressional Ethics complaint looms against Rep. Sestak?

From the Tom Corbett debacle to Jersey gal Jane Orie and now this, it looks we're
in for a long summer. So much for the vacation, from Politico this morning:

Rep. Issa said:

"Practically everyone that interviews him comes back with the same thing: he can't be allowed to make an allegation against the White House and then say enough is said. It doesn't work that way. Either he's lying, or covering up felonies for political purposes."

It remains to be seen how much of this is political theater. There is a clear option A and option B though.

regardless of who is involved. Im not the one that said i was offered a job and then back tracked.
May either be a lie or a possible felony, however as i mention, there could be other explanations.
If so, Sestak should clear them up in due time so we can defeat Toomey in the fall and so this isnt an issue.
Dont let the GOP use this is my point.

Ultimately, No one is above the law nor should they be.

3. They NEED Toomey to win - Sestak threatens them...remember, Specter WAS

a Republican for most of his time in the Senate - they hated him when he became a Dem and his vote was vital to the Democrats...The GOP is just fighting dirty as ususal.
