The title is a play on a slogan that was used in the State of Delaware: "Welcome to Delaware: Tax Free Shopping"
The following are excerpts from a good piece about Governor Gashole by columnist Bill White in the Allentown Morning Call.

A couple of readers asked me where they could get one. Dave Lutz of Salisbury even offered his own: "Gov. Corbett: We Got What THEY Paid For!"
This gave me an idea. How about a contest to come up with the best Corbett bumper sticker? I launched this on my blog and I've already gathered some excellent entries. If you send your entries by mail, I'm at The Morning Call, P.O. Box 1260, Allentown 18105.
I got things started on my blog by offering "Corbett: Naturally Gassy," "The Edukashun Governner," "Severance Tax, Schmeverance Tax" and "Corbett: Making New Jersey Look More Appealing."
Other entries to the contest:
My well may be polluted but at least I didn't vote for no librul
I voted for Corbett because I like the taste of arsenic
Corbett: Frakking our children's future
The bad news:Fracking will give me cancer. The good news:I can power my lawn mower with my tap water!
