A flash mob with umbrellas took up positions in the Rotunda of the PA. Capitol Building. They sang "It's Raining Now" to try to convince the Governor and Republican-controlled legislators that they should spend the new $540 million State tax revenue surplus to reduce the severity of cuts, instead of setting the money aside for some future "rainy day."

The event was lead by the Service employees union.
