Anyone looking for a place to live; room for rent, $160/mo in Bellingham, MA

Due to the current economy, my cousin started renting a room in his house for $160/mo including heat/ac/electric, cable & internet, use of kitchen. Smoking is ok; pets ok. Previous tenant just left. If anyone is interested or know someone who might be, PM me for more info. BTW, my cousin is a good liberal; he's not a DUer, but would fit right in here.

Cross-posted from the Mass forum because Bellingham is pretty close to RI so the location could interest folks in RI as well as in MA.
