Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a election cycle. The maximum amount each individual may contribute to the Rhode Island Victory Fund is $32,800. Gifts to the Rhode Island Victory Fund are not tax deductible. Corporate contributions are prohibited by law.
Guest list is subject to review and admittance is not guaranteed.
All funds raised under this Agreement from a person up to $2,400 shall be divided equally between the Cicilline Committee and the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. For any amount over $2,400, the first $2,400 shall be attributed to the Cicilline Committee and will be considered designated for the general election. The remainder will be attributed to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Any amount that cannot be allocated to The Cicilline Committee will be allocated to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. The first $2,400 from a person to any one committee is designated to the general election. Any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant. The allocation formula above may change if any contributor makes a contribution that, when allocated, would exceed the amount that the contributor may lawfully give to any participant. The Rhode Island Victory Fund 2010 will not accept contributions from currently registered federal lobbyists, registered foreign agents, political action committees, or minors under the age of 16 for this event.
