See my post in GD where I ask DU to get on the warpath about the horrendously unfair bankruptcy bill:

1) Protecting those affected by their employer filing for bankrupty (thereby wiping out their wages & health insurance):
Johnson: Yes
2) Wage priority provision:
Johnson: Yes
3) No longer allowing wealthy to shield money in asset protection trusts:
Johnson: NO
4) Provisions to stop predatory lending practices by credit co's:
Johnson: NO
5) Provision to protect those who were victimized by identify theft:
Johnson: NO
6) Provision to protect those whose financial problems rsulted from having to be caregivers for sick family memmbers:
Johnson: NO
7) Provision to help protect people whose financial problems resulted from illness from losing their homes:
Johnson: NO
8) Provision to exempt from the wage guidelines those whose financial problems were the result of illness:
Johnson: NO
9) Require credit card companies to disclose financing costs to consumers:
Johnson: NO
10)Provision to help protect elderly bankruptcy filers from from losing their homes:
Johnson: Yes
11) Provision to protect soldiers/veterans:
Johnson: NO
(But he voted for Rep-sponsored amendment on this that passed)
