Polls have shown that it's 44% each side, with twelve percent undecideds. So, the undecideds will basically be the "deciders" in the end. Personally, I don't think it will pass, but you never know. And even if it does, it's subject to an immediate constitutional challenge, which will take forever and likely cost millions of dollars. I don't think it would survive a constitutional challenge, so, even if it's passed, I don't think it will ever really go into effect. At least I hope not. And if it fails, maybe these people will finally get the message and go the hell away. I doubt it, though, they're never gonna give up.
