Is this true?

My son lives in Memphis and says Harold Ford will not endorse the Democratic nominee for his seat; he is endorsing the Independent instead (his brother). Every article I can find is real biased. My son says Ford is also sticking with the Lie-berman.



Harold Ford Jr., the state's only black member of Congress, is running for the U.S. Senate. He made no endorsements in the 9th District primary that attracted a total of 15 candidates, including 12 who are black.

Asked about an endorsement in the general election, Ford's campaign issued a statement Monday saying he "is focused on his race."

1. From what I know it is true and it has some folks rather angry.

I know some people who have written letters to chairman Bob Tuke raising hell about this and thus far he hasn't responded.

I don't know what is the problem with supporting the Democratic nominees who win primaries. I'm glad that you posted this because I was thinking about posting it. And to think that I had to sign a damned loyalty oath in my county. I guess I can now consider that piece of paper null and void.
