Recycling - As introduced, enacts the "Tennessee Deposit Beverage Container Recycling Act"; repeals funding of existing county litter grants by ending such taxes June 30, 2009, as extended in Chapter 86 of the Public Acts of 2005. - Amends TCA Title 68, Chapter 211 and Chapter 86 of the Public Acts of 2005.
