U.S. Rep. Phil Roe failing lower, middle Class Families: Lower TheMiddleClass.org vote score than even Davis http://www.themiddleclass.org/legislator/phil-roe-714

U.S. Rep. and health care millionaire Phil Roe (R TN-1, Johnson City) is now surpassing former U.S. Rep. and health care millionaire David Davis (R TN-1, Johnson City) in his race to push American working families the bottom of the U.S. economy according to congressional vote analysis and ranking web site pertaining to federal legislation impacting America's real working class families - more specifically, lower and middle class income earners. While the 2009 congressional vote talley is not scheduled for release until March 2010, http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=post&forum=179">TheMiddleClass.org ongoing 2009 evaluation of Rep. Roe currently ranks the Northeast Tennessee member at a dismal 28% ranking for 25 highlighted congressional votes tracked by the organization.

Former U.S. Rep. David Davis came under some fire early during the 2008 primary season as being an aloof and "out-of-touch" health care millionaire within the relatively impoverished Tennessee 1st Congressional District when it was revealed that the freshman incumbent received an F grade (32%) from his support (or lack thereof) of legislation tracked by TheMiddleClass.org.

Davis complained bitterly to the news media about his 2007 F grade from TheMiddleClass.org, and while ascribing the failing 2007 F grade as being from a biased "libreal" group, Davis' congressional 2008 TheMiddleClass.org voting record for the remainder of his last few months within the U.S. House of Representatives earned Davis a somewhat more respectable C grade.
