http://wapp.capitol.tn.gov/apps/BillInfo/Default.aspx?BillNumber=HB2685">HB2685 - has cleared through a TNGA House Subcomiittee - Mr. Hill's xenophobic bill is just another piece of legislative drama that Hill has reintroduced to fan the fires of racial hatred back in the Tennessee 7th House District.
The target of Rep. Hill's legislative hatred: U.S. citizens and legal residents who speak English as a second language.
This would be a very good time to contact Rep. Matthew Hill and the
http://www.capitol.tn.gov/house/committees/consumer-employee.html">TNGA House Consumer and Employee Affairs Committee and remind this legislation is unnecessary from even Hill's stated reason as Tennessee is a right-to-work state meaning that a Tennessee employer can (outside of an employee's workplace protections pursuant to federal discrimination laws) fire an employee for a good, bad, or no reason at all.
