The March 9, 2010 Container Recycling Institute (Susan Collins, CRI Executive Director) and Scenic Tennessee presentation of video and testimony in support of the "Tennessee Beverage Container Recycling Act" then pending before the Tennessee General Assembly.

The video presentation shown here was cut short by TNGA House - State Govt. Subcommittee Chairman Rep. Gerald McCormick. McCormick did not direct the subcommittee and/or technical staff to add the complete 2010 Container Recycling Institute and Scenic Tennessee video testimony unto the official TNGA video archive for March 9, 2010.

TNGA Rep. Joe Carr launches a harangue directed toward Collins over his "glass metric" (sans any mathematical inputs and actually a glass minutia overstated by the Middle Tennessee legislator) and closes out the questioning of the Bottle Bill legislation by the House subcommittee.
