STRIKE - 2/10/05: This was the day most of Congress, in violation of the U.S. Constitution, voted to end political asylum in the United States and voted to give the Secretary of Homeland Security the right to waive all laws (which necessarily includes acts of mass murder and terrorism) with no judicial review and no relief (HR 418).
STRIKE 2/17/05: This was the vote for an act (The Class Action (Extreme Un)Fairness Act of 2005) that makes it much more difficult for victims to seek and obtain damages in a class action suit filed against a wrongdoer who has harmed multiple victims.

Last year he also was one of the few that voted with the Repubs FOR DMA and against Bernie Sander's Patriot Act Amendement. I also noticed that during re-election, he left the fact he was a Democrat off his campaign literature.
