San Marcos: Rally in support of Social Security
WHAT: Texas Town Rally

WHEN: Saturday, April 30th, 12:00 noon - 3:00 p.m.

WHERE:Hay County Courthouse
San Marcos, Texas

FOCUS: Social Security and the Republican Attempt to Privatize It

PURPOSE: To provide prominent Democratic speakers an opportunity to garner broad-based support and publicity for stopping the Republican plan to gut Social Security

SPEAKERS: Jim Hightower
Henry Cuellar
David Van Os

Debbie Ingalsbe will open the event and Judge Jan Patterson will be introducing Jim Hightower

ENTERTAINERS: Arturo Sergi - Metropolitan Opera Tenor (retired)
