Texas Homeowners need to collect them all and keep up the good work.

Sad to read about the Frisco results. I read the story in the Texas Observer and was hoping that they might prevail. It never fails to astound me that people will work against their own best interests. One day it will be their home that has builder defects and where will they turn?

3. It just reminds me .....
that I don't want to buy a new home. I'd rather buy an older home that's been inspected by someone that I hire than trust the builders of the new homes now. Especially in the "affordable" end of the market, I don't think any decent homes have been built since the '70's!
