Williamson County - Leander - House Party

I just signed up to host a house party. I am absolutely shocked that there is only one party in Austin! Yikes!

I don't when my e-mail address, etc., will appear, but keep an eye out.

This will be a new experience for me as I've never done anything like this before.

Any takers?

1. How far are you from Lampasas? Also, when is it?

My home is about 45 miles south of you, right off of Hwy. 183 (Block House Creek). Definitely an easy drive, but still a bit of a distance. Just let me know.

As I understand it, the call will be about 3:00 p.m. CT and, as far as I'm concerned, people can show up whenever they wish.

There were 7 people. Had a good exchange of ideas... we want to see how the other house party went.....

Everyone was an Air America listener (if memory serves me) turned one gentleman onto the DU. The conference call was pretty much the same stuff you hear in interviews on Air America... not much NEW information, just that it got people who are otherwise not involved out with people who knew the facts too.. that was really encouraging... Guess we all concluded that enough was enough, time to get involved...
