BOR has posted the news that Captain David Harris, a young veteran of the Iraq War will file to run for congress in CD6 against Smoky Joe Barton.

YEE HAW!!!

Captain Harris addressed the Clark Caucus at the Texas Democratic State Convention last year. At that time, his military future was up in the air, having just returned and faced with a possible re-deployment, but he did say, a political run was very much in his future.

Captain Harris's wife was one of the "Band of Sisters" who joined General Clark last fall for a six week "tour of duty" around the country in support to the Kerry/Edwards ticket.
