PDittie is a Helluva Guy!

While I was helping my new friend at the GRB today, he mentioned they didn't have any coffee there. I don't know my way around that area of town and didn't want to lose my parking space. So I called PDittie and he delivered a large cup of coffee and cream to us curbside.

1. There isn't any coffee at Reliant Arena either

and it's a damn shame. The red cross guy who seemed to be in charge said he had never opened a shelter anywhere in the world where they didn't have coffee. Of course, this is the largest red cross shelter they have ever operated, so there are a lot of firsts.

On Saturday night when I volunteered at Reliant Arena, a superdome evacuee was desperate for some hot coffee. Word to Starbucks: Get these poor people some damn coffee!!!

How can we start an internet campaign to get some company to pony up and supply hot coffee in Reliant City (the new name for all of the shelters on the Reliant property) 24/7?
